Randomix by Digistorio – Privacy Policy

Randomix by Digistorio (“the app”) is made by Codesoft LTD EOOD, Mladost 1, bl. 23, entr. 8, fl. 4, apt. 104, Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”). This policy explains what happens to the information you enter in the app.

In short

The app does not collect, send or share any information. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

What the app stores, and where

Only on your phone, in the app’s private storage:

the lists you make: their names and items;
each tool’s last settings, such as the list it uses, how many to pick, the dice, the number range, and the items you have taken out of a list;
your history: the last 100 results, with the tool and the date and time (you can turn this off in Settings);
your settings: theme, keep the screen on, sound, vibration, shake to randomize and saving history;
the app’s language, if you choose one in Settings (Android keeps this choice).

We never receive any of this. The app is left out of Android backups, so its data is not copied to your Google account and does not move to a new phone.

Motion sensor and clipboard

If shake to randomize is on, the app reads the phone’s motion sensor while a tool is open, only to notice a shake. The readings are used on the spot and are never stored or sent anywhere. The motion sensor needs no permission.
When you tap Copy, the result is put on your phone’s clipboard, like any text you copy.

What the app does not do

No internet access: the app cannot send anything anywhere.
No accounts or sign-in.
No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
No analytics, crash reporting or other tools that collect data.
No access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
No device or advertising identifiers.

The short vibration when a result appears uses Android’s standard touch feedback and needs no permission.

Children

Randomix is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children. Families and classes may use it together, but the app collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Deleting your information

Delete a list in Lists.
In History, delete one result or clear them all; turn off Save history in Settings to keep no new results.
To delete everything: Android Settings → Apps → Randomix by Digistorio → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

Links to Google Play

Settings → About has links to Digistorio’s apps on Google Play. They open the Play Store app or your browser, which follow Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google Play

The app is downloaded through Google Play, which handles downloads under Google’s Privacy Policy. As the developer, we receive only anonymous, aggregated statistics from Google Play, such as the number of installs.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a future version of the app ever collects any data, this policy and the Google Play listing will be updated before that version is released.
